TheyDesk is a product idea being explored. This page explains the information involved in visiting this site and, when available, joining its waitlist.

Who to contact

TheyDesk is an independent project operated by Luís Cleto. Questions about your information, or requests to remove a waitlist submission, can be sent to contact@theydesk.com.

Waitlist information

The waitlist form is provided by Tally. It asks for your email and whether you are interested in a personal office, team office, or are still exploring. Your use case and permission to contact you for a feedback conversation are optional. Submit only information you are comfortable sharing; do not include confidential work or credentials.

How it is used

Waitlist information is for evaluating interest in TheyDesk and sending relevant pilot or launch updates. Optional feedback-contact permission is for discussing your use case. Joining does not authorize a charge and does not connect us to your agents.

Services involved

The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and protect websites. Opening the waitlist form contacts Tally, and form submissions are stored in the project owner’s Tally account. The site itself has no signup database.

The Tally form is loaded only when you choose to open it. Its standalone link opens Tally in a new tab. Tally’s own service and privacy practices apply when you use it. Read Tally’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Attribution and analytics

No analytics beacon is configured on this site. When opening the form, the page may pass the selected plan and these campaign fields from the link you followed: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term. These help identify which shared links generate interest. Other page parameters are not forwarded by our form code. Avoid putting personal information in campaign links.

Keeping and removing submissions

Waitlist submissions are kept while they are useful for evaluating the pilot and providing the updates you requested. The owner handles removal requests through the contact address above. You can ask to remove your submission or stop receiving updates at any time; this site does not automate deletion.

This notice describes the landing page and waitlist. A future hosted office would need its own account, integration, and privacy details before use.
